this is stacy from project equity one value i'm holding through the pandemic is the value of connection i am finding new ways to stay connected with family friends and community that i never realized were there right at my fingertips and on a macro level as all people globally experience this crisis at the same time we're experiencing the deep interconnectedness that we inherently share so one of my hopes coming out of the crisis is that we understand better how connected we are and use that as a foundation for coming together to solve the challenges that we face and that employee ownership can invoke and model our connectedness and help communities to thrive
