if you're an owner and you do not have a succession plan yet [Music] it's never too early to start and to think that somebody's just going to buy what we created they might you might get lucky but it might go for a big discount who knows and then you're going to be working for somebody for a while you get to be better you get to grow and it's not only about your retirement it's about what happens to you while you're building a company while you become an owner and what it means to think that way it changes the way that you actually interact with your colleagues your family your supervisors your community it's an incredible experience not easy but well worth the effort i'm passionate about how to make our world better i'm passionate about how do we share what we've worked for i can't take it with me i can't take the knowledge with me i can't take the experience with me it's all going to end someday [Music] sooner than later more than likely and as a steward it's my job to give it back [Music]
