I mean I feel like I feel like it's such a strength of of co-ops or like places where everybody within the organization feels empowered to have a voice like it is much easier I feel like now for somebody who has been a producer for us for a year year and a half to come up to me and say hey like I heard about this show you should check it out I heard about this comic you know maybe we can do something with them like I feel like to the extent that Innovation is Guided by a ground swell of people who actually know much more about comedy than I do which is most folks um like allowing those people a seat at the table really helps um I think where it might get complicated is around decision- making and the ability to act fast and I think that's just something like we have to we have to square and and and work with in our processes but like the actual idea generation that spark that creates something new I think is really uh enabled by by the structure and I would add that like even working in a Cooperative which is what we've built we're not and this speaks to the previous question as well we're not passing the con uh to see who can talk and then doing everything by unanimous acclamation right we have a management structure that I would not have passed the Baton to did I not feel well good about it um and our worker owner's job is to keep an eye on that management structure so our ability to act is not constrained by the fact that there are many people with an investment um because we remain with people who like bickram who know what they're doing who have authority right um our Board of worker owners operates the same way that uh that a corporate board would operate um in the it's it's their job to oversee and Empower a management structure so we in in a lot of ways get the best of both worlds right we we have that ability to be decisive um but we also have a whole group of people who are invested enough that when they think they see an opportunity for growth which is essential in our structure um you know we we modeled growth we didn't model stasis um when we put this together when we see an opportunity for growth uh they're not going to quit and go start a business uh they're going to bring it up the ladder and feel like they can bring it up the ladder so as far as Innovation um we had a meeting we have an innovation committee and they go ahead and like look at the latest technology and see what we could bring to the sites um because we are in construction so we have like 360 cameras they have all kinds of tracking stuff that I'm just blown away but one of the biggest things that we've recently done is our unitize system we've always talked about having our own system and this all came from some one person's idea developed it got a group of our employees and now we have a unitized system that we're actually uh marketing now
