in our department when we're interviewing potential team members we definitely talk about the benefits of employee ownership we talk about all of our benefits really but we really communicate it as an opportunity to participate in something bigger right and that you're joining delta pipeline it's not just a job right it's a career and it's an opportunity to really be able to own a part of a business which is exciting for us and trying to get everyone excited about that sometimes can be challenging when people are a part of something bigger than just themselves they have a tendency to care more they have a tendency to you know just just put more effort into what they're doing
