you shouldn't have to bend the entire world through your will to have a good life and employee ownership we think is the best way to do that [Music] our firm Apes Heritage we focus on employee ownership as it means to create wealth or workers in color and the way we do it is we go around the country and find great small businesses that are being held by a family or a single owner and then we convert those businesses to being 100 employee young the the racial Equity Focus lends itself to a really good investment thesis and so A and H we explicitly Target companies that have workforces of color we're sort of unlocking we think generational wealth the benefit this time is now going to be all the employees who actually now hold back right now and who've been doing the work for 30 years our mission really is to set people on a path where those things can get cheap
