we really talk about the our ESA but we also talk about Capital ownership in America and where did it start and it started with the Cod fishermen up in new uh New England you know and it started with the uh land rush uh in Oklahoma and things like that and so we we talk about that and then we talk about financial literacy um and talking about their own personal p l and relating that to a business p l and all those types of things so uh we we really cover a lot of Topics in this and so that's how you really get uh buy-in so they got to know what the heck they got and how to affect the organization at the bottom line their job is to make more profit for the company they make more profit for the company they're putting more money in their pockets so what did like when I'm thinking about factory factory floor individuals and I'm thinking about the listeners who might go out my culture is not like that or like you know I don't know if my employees care no one even saves with the the four no one even does the 401K match what would you say to someone with that kind of narrative uh you don't know until you try uh they they own their own car they they may own their own house and they take care of those things they are they understand what ownership's like and they probably have rented a car and they never washed the car okay so let's let's give that uh comparison so you just have to let you got to educate and I think you know if they're if they're on the factory floor working for you and doing good quality product they're able to understand what ownership's about and how to lower scrap how to be more productive and um and that's that's actually an interesting topic that I've been really exploring which is the the link between employee ownership and continue process Improvement within a company and so a lot of companies are uh I've been working on continue process Improvement and I submit to you that employee ownership helps to um bring employee ownership to the factory floor with more more commitment because if they do it they're they're making more money for themselves so that there's the motivation [Music]
