employee ownership means the opportunity to have a stake in our communities and a stake in the future adapting your workplace your business ownership from a me to a Wei and it means building on values that you've agreed upon with the people that you work with and building on values that you have agreed upon with the people you are serving and employee ownership is operationalizing equity employee ownership means equity and accountability accountability um not just for myself but for everyone else that I work with worker ownership means self-determination it means a measure of security um it means dignity given the power to the people employee ownership to me means respect Integrity respect purpose it's knowing that you're working for yourself the opportunity to have a direct investment in the place that you work being able to be proud of the work that I do and the place that I work it's ownership and pride taking off all of the right boxes for everyone so for selling owners for workers for communities to me employee ownership means a happy ending to an entrepreneurial Journey worker ownership means responsibility it means power and it also means a sustainable path forward
