How billing works

One annual plan per workspace. Paid plans are billed to the workspace owner or to an advisor who covers them.

Renewal date usually stays. Leftover value after a downgrade becomes account credit. Money moves only after you approve.

When who pays changes

Access stays on the client workspace. Only the invoice moves, or the plan steps down when coverage ends.

  • Advisor begins covering a client

Client keeps the plan. The advisor is billed.

  • Advisor stops covering (they were paying)

Client moves to Business Free and bills themselves.

  • Advisor removes a discount only

Client stays on the paid plan, without that discount.

At renewal

Once a year, on the date shown as “Renews on.”

Still applies

  • The plan, unless canceled
  • Advisor discounts that still cover the workspace
  • Unused account credit

Referral prices

A referral discount applies to the first qualifying purchase. It does not re-apply when the plan renews.

How you can pay

Card
Bank account
Invoice (arranged)

An unpaid invoice blocks further plan changes until it is cleared.

When it ends

Cancel keeps access through the paid period. Only workspaces that manage their own billing can cancel. A covered client cannot cancel the advisor’s invoice.
